Roti

1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups flour (regular all-purpose)

Mix ingredients together. Knead for 5 minutes in mixing machine. Divide into 8 balls. Let mixture rest in bowl for 30 minutes. Roll out. Cook in hot fry pan 30 seconds per side.

Roti will puff when you flip it!
