Mini Chocolate Cups

Cook Time – 5 mins
Total Time – 10 mins


2 Cups Cocoa Butter
1 Cup Organic Cocoa Powder
1/4 Cup Raw Honey – or to taste
1 tsp Real Vanilla Extract


1. Melt cocoa butter, cocoa powder, honey and vanilla in a double boiler
Make sure all ingredients are well incorporated and smooth.

2. Pour the chocolate into molds, onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, or into a glass pan.

3. Refrigerate until hard. Remove from molds.

Will store for over a week in fridge.
