Fruit Smoothie with Milk Kefir

1 Qt Goat’s Milk Kefir
2 bananas (very ripe, peeled and frozen in small pieces)
1 small avocado
1 small red delicious apple (or another sweet variety)
Papaya (several pieces, ripe)
1 tsp maringa
5 or 6 strawberries
Small piece of ginger root (chopped)

Use any fruit that is very ripe and sweet. We found that grapes are not sweet enough.You may also substitute veggies such as carrots, broccoli, tomatoes, etc. in place of some or all of the fruit.
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend for about 2 minutes. Serve immediately. Makes 3-4 servings.
