(Improve oxygenation and blood circulation to the brain)
1 Part Ginkgo Biloba Leaf
1 Part Gotu Kola (above ground parts)
1 Part Hawthorn Berries
1 Part Yarrow (above ground parts)
1/2 part Ginger Root
Chop and mix herbs. Pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1 TBSP tea blend. Cover and let steep 15 or 20 minutes, or up to 4 hours for stronger infusion.
