Spirit Lifter Tea

(Antidepressant )

1 Part St. John’s Wort (above ground parts)

1 Part Lemon Balm Leaf

1 Part Milky Oat Tops

1/2 Part Chamomile

1/2 Part Lavender

Chop and mix herbs.  Pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1 TBSP tea blend.  Cover and let steep 15 or 20 minutes, or up to 4 hours for stronger infusion.
