Berry Tea

2 parts elderberries

2 parts dried hawthorn berries

2 parts lycium berries (Goji Berries)

1 part huckleberries or bilberries

1 part raspberry leaf 

6 stems of fresh Basil

1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) 

1. Mix dried ingredients together.  Spoon herbs into an empty teabag.   

2. In coffeemaker or teamaker carafe,  add crushed Basil stems with leaves.  Add Blueberries.  

3. Add cold water to machine and run through the regular cycle.  Allow tea to steep for at least 30 – 60 minutes.  

Serve hot or cold.
