Ceviche

1 pound ocean fish fillet, diced

1 1/2 cup lime juice

1 medium white onion, chopped

1 pound small shrimp, cooked

1 green pepper, diced

Cilantro

Garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and let marinate until the fish is “cooked” to taste by the lime juice.  Serve with tortilla chips or roti.
