“Sleepy” Tea

Here’s a good herb tea for insomnia. Drink just before bedtime, hot or cold. There are several herbs listed here for the tea. You don’t need to use all of them. Each herb comes in an individual tea bag. Choose two or three and “have a go”.

Chamomile (of course) – Dill – Hops – Oats – Passionflower – Skullcap
