Got Milk?
It’s a fast and easy way to stick labels on your Dried Herb Jars or any glass container. Use MILK!! Make sure that your lettering is waterproof!
To remove the label, just wet it again with a little water. No sticky residue from glue or adhesives…love it!

Chocolate Begins March 2017
Here is our first try at making organic chocolate – cocoa butter, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla. It’s really yummy, but each one of us has suggestions for the next batch. We would like it less fudgy and more solid. Personally, I think there is way too much honey (1/2 cup)…too sweet. Next batch will be perfect, I’m sure.
I can’t wait until the raspberries are ripe. Organic chocolate and raspberries…yum! In the meantime, we’ll test the chocolate out with the strawberries…if we have any left after the FREEZE tonight!!
High 63 and Low 32!!! – Covered the gardens with hay…we’ll see what happens. Florida weather, ya gotta love it!
