Livestock and Friends

Chickens – We started with 12 Red Star, which is a cross between a Golden Sex Link and a Red Sex Link. They lay very early (4 mos) and produce large eggs. Read more

Ducks – Pekin White Ducks and the two Call Ducks (Squeaky and Tuxedo), which soon became 3 call ducks when we hatched Emmott. Read more

Geese – We bought three Edam Geese from Cackle Hatchery in May 2015. We hatched Silly Goose in April 2016. Read more
