Growing Bunnies Feb 2017

These six week old bunnies have never known a bite of grain! Fed a completely organic diet of greens from the garden and local hay, they are a “cheap feed”…not like the older rabbits that we started off with pellets and very soon learned to regret the move! Remember when we first set these little guys in the Bunny Tractor, they would run to the opposite corner as we approached. Very quickly they have learned to sit in a snuggle bunch at the end of the cage where they can see us coming and going from the house.

March 9th is the date set to start breeding their Moms again…more bunnies!! Read about our trials getting started with bunnies…
