Herbs for Fall

We’ve started planting the fall herbs 2016. Cilantro and Basil, and then some of the Veggies as well. We have Okinawa Spinach growing from cuttings, and three different kinds of Tomato plants. Last fall we waited too long because it was so hot in August. The cold got to most of the crops. This year we will put up hoop houses and grow all winter.

cayenne peppers
Our cayenne peppers dry beautifully and the taste is excellent with a hint of smokey flavor.
This is the greatest tasting Cayenne pepper with just a hint of natural smoked flavor. Available from Citrus County Locally Grown to all our local community friends. Wonderful bright color and intense flavor.
