The avocado tree is so confused!! Just like the apple trees, it’s going to get zapped when the below freezing temps hit…or maybe not! Think the mercury will stay up where it belongs…for Florida that is?

I know, I’m giving away that I’m not a native Floridian…we hail from New England, where it is NEVER warm in January, February, or even March! And I know, I know ….Florida natives dislike the heat. Well, we’ve been here twenty five years and I still almost ‘shut down’ when the temp goes below 60.

So like the avocado tree, I start to come alive when the temperatures climb. The low temps freeze me in my tracks. This is why I left New England…give me a break!
