New Digs for Cow Feb 2017

Today’s high 73…low last night was 57.

Baby and Cow in the Barnyard Goat Pasture.
Meet ‘Cow’ the dwarf Nygerian goat. See ‘Baby’ in the background.

Today we finished the fourth goat pen, door and raised platform to get the resident goat up off the ground. Cow will be moving in this evening at snack time. She has been bunking with Half & Half, but Half is a bit aggressive when there is grain around. Cow is likely bred and cannot endure butting from Half, who feels that any grain should rightfully be his alone.

Happy Homesteading,

T.
