Four very pregnant goats, one extremely pregnant pig…who will be first? Down the home stretch.   ‘Baby’ the goat looks about to explode.   ‘Rachel’ the pig does, too.

Down to the barnyard early on Wed morning…nothing yet.   Back into the house. What’s that I hear?   Someone bleating so early?! Back out to the barnyard…

And the Winner is …ta-da….COW!!!

 

Cow was a good mom the last time and continues to be for these two, as well. They were both born very quickly.   They stood right away and she cleaned the mucous from their noses.   They will both need to be disbudded in three to four days, to make them better pets.
